"Regular visitors to this hotel. The staff, especially the guys on the door are amazing. They make the place special. Couple of areas for thought. Water in the room. Not enough supplied. Available if asked, but fridge should be replenished. Room service. Timing inconsistent. We regularly put our room to be made up at 10am. Not done until 4 or later. Then turn down two hours later. Normally better than this. Fridge. Whether stating one night or one week, the fridge has free items....

"Clean, well appointed room. Personable & professional Reception team. Kettle. Good WiFi. Plenty of hot water and towels. Breakfast needed some hot tomatoes or mushrooms. Bit ordinary considering I paid a high NYE price. Centrally located and close to the Ayamonte ferry terminal. A good hotel."

"I came here for a relaxing long weekend and was not disappointed. It was my second stay, and the staff were helpful and friendly, the food was delicious. The hotel was nice and quiet and there was lots of space around the pool. "

"Not a bad place to stay. Rooms are spacious with good bathrooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. But beware of few facts: One, there is no elevator or luggage storage on the main floor. It is difficult you have many or heavy luggage as all rooms have at least two flights of stairs. Two, the parking lot is outside the hotel premises, a problem for luggage. Three, the reception is closed from evening to morning. Exact times seem to vary. Four, restaurants are scarce in Montenegro. ...

"Never visited the bar, or the restaurant, but our stay was outstanding. Beautiful pool, and kiddy pool, grounds were well kept, but there would be alot available to a family. Grocery store near by, and mall 1/4 mile south. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Staff were pleasant and welcoming. We checked in quickly and were given earlier access to our room. We have stayed there before in a Marina view room, floor 3, which was lovely. This time I made the mistake of booking a city view room. We were on floor 1, facing the street. The traffic noise was awful and fairly constant. "Amazing location with private access to the beach boardwalk, quiet and peaceful location and well equipped apartment. We loved the serenity while being close to the beach, and with a Pingo de Doce and Aldi grocery stores a quick drive. Also appreciated the honour library, we loved it, would definitely come back."
