Great location and super clean. The front desk attendant was very helpful and suggested places to go. The eating room was clean.

Hyatt Place Santa Barbara
This property is close to the airport, and a nice facility. The only issue we had was NO hot water for the shower. We had to let many, many gallons of wasted water run in order to get a warm enough temperature to stand under the shower head. There is an OK restaurant right next door.
