"This was a good overall experience."

"We loved our stay. Our room was near the street but people were very quiet, and we experienced no street noise. The room is good size with a small kitchen area. The church bells in the mornings were pleasant to hear, not too loud at all. It is near a beautiful church and baptismal. The property is secure. There are at least two very nice restaurants right in the rear area of the hotel. We ordered breakfast and there was a nice selection of sandwiches, yogurt, juices, fresh made coffee. Staff are polite, and helpful. It is a beautiful hotel and we would book again on future visits to Parma."

"Slightly dated but had a nice feel. Marble, physical room keys and large wardrobe took me back. We had a large junior suite at a reasonable price. Separate double sink area and toilet, bidet, bath and shower. 15 minute walk through the park and over the bridge to the centre of town. OK for us but not so good for less mobile. Free soft drinks from mini bar if you skip room cleaning. One strange thing was that turning off lights by the bed also turned off the USB and mains sockets so phone did not charge overnight."

"The room is clean and very nice. Staff are professional and nice. Very quiet for being on a busy street and near the train station. The hotel has a nice lobby bar to enjoy a drink and relax after a busy day sightseeing. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Excellent rooms, well connected hotel, good prices and good breakfast, good high speed WiFi. Pool and sauna were a good surprise. Very helpful staff, roomy, well lit, comfortable room. Really enjoyed our stay and would come again if holidaying in the same area. There was something funny with the drain in one of bathrooms of the rooms we booked. with a smell, but probably an isolated incident."
