"Good location but check in was awful. Please note that it is a remote check in and no one is on property. Host says they are available 8am to 10pm on What’s App, when we arrived for check in (after check in time) and reached out, the host did not reply for over 1.5 hours as we waited with our luggage. Had to reach out to Expedia to help. No apologies were given either. I would not stay here again due to the difficulty of check in. "

"Really great spacious rooms. Responsive and helpful staff. Walls are thin so you hear your neighbours and parking dogs very well. Coffee shop below was awesome. There are a lot of stairs to get up to your room. By affordable Europe standards this was a great find!"

"The hotel listing showed a bar, restaurant and 24 hour front desk. There were none of these. I received an email the night before our visit asking if we wanted a meal on our first night and I accepted . When we arrived we were told they couldn't do dinner as they weren't ready which was a suprise as I booked the hotel months ago. Breakfast was plentiful and nice but after this there was rarely any staff on site and it seemed never over night so we were left completely on our own until morning(...

"Had a wonderful stay at the Zelzar Residence. The view is immaculate from the room overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and Coastline! The room was clean and secure. The staff provided excellent check-in procedures. Parking can be challenging with the narrow roads and limited access. Strongly encourage to contact the staff for most up-to-date details. Great view from the local café that provides the breakfast. Just a short walk up the road. Highly recommend this stay!!"
