"Hotel was good if you want to live in a remote area and don’t want to go back to the city. Hotel has got an amazing spa and we enjoyed it. Also, there’s was lack of room amenities such as electric kettle and fridge was faulty. Apart from this, breakfast was good with limited or no choice for vegan/vegetarian family. If you want to visit Barcelona city, the only train station in La Garigga is not operating at the moment and hotel staff will not advise you about it and they will suggest to take a private taxis which will cost £100. Luckily, some locals suggested me to walk at nearby bus stop and there we took free shuttle for Barcelona city. Overall, this hotel is not a 4 stars so be aware. Good luck."

"Breakfast was amazing. Something we looked forward to every single day!! It has made us look forward to returning to BCN and staying here. Best hotel and breakfast we’ve stayed in in Europe. Bar/Pool had amazing views… as well as our room. Staff was helpful & all amenities were great. 10/10, thank you!"

"This Hotel was one that i can say did not disappoint! The Staff, the room and all the facilities were outstanding. The pictures online are good but the place looks even better in person. The location was great as well. The train was right at the front door and the shopping mall was connected. I would stay here again and would recommend it for anyone. Thanks for a wonderful experience!"

"Please work on you bathroom flushing and cleaning. The housekeeping need to carefully clean all parts of the room.l- they clogged the bidget and left cleaning cloth on the desk. l also had issue with water faucet not working and had to go down to -1 to get it. The lights cover was coming out and it wasn't noise proof. The phone was also not connecting to the reception desk. So, I eventually asked Expedia to help and they moved me to a different room. That room was higher up 11th floor, there were hair strands in the bathroom already- one on the towel and the circle mirror on the side was loose. The windows weren't opening. The bathroom flush was terrible."
