"Next to the Gothic district and close to Hop on Hop off City tour buses. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars and several attractions. Hotel room was very basic but nice and clean. Small coffee shop attached was nice for that morning coffee and crossiant. Staff at both hotel and coffee shop were helpful and friendly."

"The elevator is not operated by card, you can go to whatever floor, taking into account the hotel terrace in top is publicly used, there are bunch of tourists from noon till 10pm constantly using the two tiny elevators, often stopping and looking at the floors in between too. The tv didn’t work, room service menu is only on the tv. I was suggested I should just go to restaurant. Doors are not sealed a giant gap along the entire highlt of the door between the door and its frame. I saw 3 rooms -all had it. You will be a part of every conversation in hallway. Also doors don’t have peak hole and none of the 3rooms had working lock. I would not stay there again. "

"Checking in/ out was quick and easy! Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Asked about a place to eat dinner on our first night, was given great advice and he showed us where the restaurant was! Food was great and service as well. Couple we were travelling with had to cut short their stay, they dealt with front desk staff who were able to cancel a night without penalty, thank you!! Would stay here again!"
