"A first class experience from the moment we arrived. Greeted with cold towels, handmade chocolate and a glass of Cava then a tour of the hotel before being shown to our room. The room was great, spotlessly clean and with everything we could have needed. Also some lovely, fresh tapas waiting for us. The staff were incredible, helping with everything from restaurant recommendations, organising transport to sharing local tips and providing us with water before we went out. "The place was nice and large. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths! We loved that part. I think the # of towels for the time there and having to buy extra towels was a bit over the top. We had to change to a different room b/c our room had a funky odor and they were accommodating to get us to a higher floor by the next day. My son was having an allergy to the smell sadly. The second to last day we had two cockroaches in our bathroom:(. They had maintenance come out to look for the source and left a bottle...

"Brilliant spot right in the tourist centre, well-run, hygienic, shame the “rooftop” (2nd floor) area closes so early, but still great vibes & atmosphere and the current guy that runs that section is top class. "

"Had breakfast at the hotel, our orders were freshly cooked and served to our table and we could go to the buffet for coffees toast, bread yoghurt, fruit etc. The food we ate was delicious."

"The staff was friendly and professional. However, for the price, I expected more from the room. It was quite small, and the shower had not been renovated. There was peeling paint on the walls, holes in the ceiling, and overall, the finishes felt poorly done. The room also lacked a fridge, and there was no breakfast included, which was disappointing. You’re essentially paying for the location here. I would consider other hotels in the area."

"The hotel was located in a great area, in the Gothic part of the city. Great walking area with lots of shops & restaurants. Great, helpful, friendly staff. Very clean."

"Amazing hotel at a very convenient location! 15-20 min walking distance to the market and right across from Port Vell. Staff were very friendly. The thermostat in our room did not appear to work, and the water from the shower would go onto the floor because the door wouldn’t close properly, but that didn’t interfere with our wonderful stay. Would’ve also liked a water filing station for water bottles or free water bottles especially for the price being paid."
