"Very helpful staff and room is clean and comfortable. Also near shops, restaurants, and shopping mall. Occasionally free music concert outside the hotel in the summer time. Taxi and trams literally steps away. Cadiz city center and Cadiz stadium is less than 30 mins ride by tram."

"Its location is good and the reception staff are helpful and friendly. BUT. The sinks and baths have no plugs and you have to ask reception for one. Also they have no bar/cafe facility at the hotel (surprising for the size of the place), so if you lie by the pool for a few hours there is no food option and the only drinks option is a machine. No water or ice available."

The atmosphere of the hotel is simply wonderful: elegant, welcoming, and filled with a unique energy that makes you want to stay longer. Without a doubt the flamenco show was absolutely spectacular. The performers delivered a first-class performance. I highly recommend this hotel. If you are looking for a place with outstanding service, an amazing atmosphere, and top-tier entertainment, this is the perfect choice. I will definitely be returning!"
