"Lovely room, helpful staff and super breakfast. Easy parking too. Only minor gripe was that the window didn't stay open and we had to prop it open with a toilet roll. The was a bit of an issue as the weather was unseasonable warm and there is no AC in the room. However, the staff did say this was already noted and action was being taken. This was our second stay at the hotel and we would certainly visit again."

"Interesting and understated small hotel in pleasant grounds. The room wasn't massive, but had a very comfortable bed and huge bathroom. Excellent breakfast and really helpful, friendly staff. Parking was fine and the hotel is a 10 minute walk to Sharrow Vale Road and Ecclesall Road, and 5 mins from the Botanical Gardens. Highly recommended."

"The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I was offered tea brought to my room on arrival. The bar was closed for one night of my stay, but I was advised the day beforehand. "I have never had such good sleep outside my home. We had an excellent experience here. The location is perfect, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials. We’ll definitely be returning on our next trip to Sheffield and highly recommend it to others. We had a top tier stay and were honestly blown away, everything exceeded our expectations."

"Even though the hotel was clean and well maintained, I found the entrance difficult to find and also a lack of parking which required parking my vehicle at a parking garage in the city about three blocks away. At night returning from there back to the hotel, I felt uneasy as there were some shady individuals in that area."
