Property is convenient and clean. Rooms have kitchenette but you have to ask for dishes and pots and pans. Not even a spoon in the drawer lol. Shower was clean. Felt safe. Close to airport and Applebees. "

"Was my fav hotel in Boise. Still nice and breakfast is deluxe compared to some others, but parking can be full (we were there on Valentines weekend and they allow hourly parking too which filled it up). I like Holiday Inn Express or The Inn at 500 if can get a deal (pricey of no deals)."

The bad: appears short staffed, no one at the front desk when we arrived, eventually had to call a posted number and the employee said they were on break, and would be back in 20 minutes. Parking lot needs resurfaced, landscaping and building needs refurbished, room...
