We had the pleasure of being picked up by Tonya and she was delightful. She was prompt, helpful and a sweetheart. I chose this hotel, because searches told me that it was one of the closest to the ferry. Absolutely true! "The parking garage used by the hotel refused to let us park in the middle of the night after arriving. We had to find a new hotel just so we had somewhere to park and unload. Nobody would help us. After checking out the hotel is still trying to charge my credit card for almost 500$ extra. The manager gave me the receipt which shows the total amount at checkout so why somebody would still be trying to charge my card after I’ve left is beyond me. My credit card company is aware of the fraud...
