"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! "The views were amazing and we had a corner view of the WTC. Nights were quiet byt safe. Not a deal breaker but the had really nice toilet paper. It's the little things and the friendly staff that said hello every time they saw us. Will recommend and will stay again. "

"The room was super cute and clean. We did wish there was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room but we made due. The room did provide a hair dryer and a garment steamer which was useful and a nice touch. Although the room was on the small side we slept 3 comfortably. There was lots of nice and innovative space saving tricks like the hangable table and chairs....the wall hooks truly came in handy as well as the deep window sill. The staff was friendly and they opened the door for you...

"Although the location is great and the amenities as far as Bodega and restaurant, the King Courtyard room was sooooo tiny. Bathroom in the room was literally two glass walls in the corner. King bed went headboard to foot across the entire room so I had to climb out in the morning!! No coffee maker in room. Luckily, we didn't need to spend a lot of time in the room, however for the cost, one should be able to walk around the bed!!"

"Family of 3 (8 year old with us), we stayed here due to the proximity of the event that was going to take place (Ghostbusters anniversary) and I wanted somewhere walking distance. "BUNK BEDS ARE SO WORTH IT - so much more floor space for your bags, individual lights, individual cubbies, and individual outlets! Most hotel rooms in NYC are tiny and the built in bunk beds made this tiny room feel like I had expanded it with galvanized steel and screws from my aunt ;)"

"The room was small but worked fine as we weren’t in the room often. They provide bottles of water at all times of day which is great when walking all day in NYC. My only issue was the photos of a large complimentary breakfast spread are inaccurate. There is no breakfast, only coffee and tea. Ice machine is in the basement as the one on our floor didn’t work "
