"Great place for families. loved the pools, the spacious apartments and proximity to beach. some apartments a little dated. did not like all the stairs , no lifts. shower over spa bath was hard to access. no railing and difficult to enter. But everything else was fantastic."

"Place was great, I got the balcony 1 bedroom apartment, and the place was clean, except for a forgotten bin in the bathroom. Very spacious, and the balcony has mosquito netting so you can sit outside without getting smashed. The only thing that was odd was the hot water going stone cold randomly, wondering if all showers are connected. But other than that, fabulous place."

"Lovely Aussie pub-style hotel, with a verandah right outside our door. Friendly staff at check-in. It was very peaceful overnight and the shared bathrooms and showers were clean."

"We stayed just 1 night on our way from Gold Coast. It was a typical cabin in a holiday park with everything you need. There are 4 bank beds in one small room, so I don't know how 4 kids could fit there, but it was great for 1 kid. There is a small playground. Ocean beach is with high surf. Swimming in the river is tide dependent. There is a short walk to the head. There are a lot of guests with the dogs, as it is pet-friendly park."
