"We stayed at Florence Lighthouse Inn and had a mixed but ultimately improved experience. Our initial room had some significant issues—the shower wasn’t working and the air vent was very noisy, which made it uncomfortable for my family. After raising our concerns, the team responded and moved us to a much better suite. "It was easy to locate, I received great communication from the property, definitely dog friendly, unique and interesting furnishings throughout the property. It’s such a peaceful and quiet place. We had a great time there—truly getting away from city life. "

"Shower curtain and rod in the shower need replacement. Told the stuff who are the owner, told us they would pass in on to someone else. They did not take me seriously. I know they are not going to fix it. Also are room keys did not work for us to get into our room. Took them back to the office and they rekeyed them two times in the pooring rain.
