"I recently had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at Quinta do Pedregal Hotel & Spa when I encountered a bedbug infestation in the hotel room. Despite reaching out to both the hotel and their customer service, I received no assistance or reimbursement for the night. This ordeal has left me deeply dissatisfied with Quinta do Pedregal Hotel & Spa's handling of the situation and their lack of responsibility, especially given the current bedbug concerns in Europe.

"Room was great; hotel was fantastic, best location - the city should allow cars to drop off people right at the door - it is crazy to have to cross the whole square with luggage - apparently taxis can do so but nobody else. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the ibis Porto Sul. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had dinner there (pasta and pizza) and it was great. The beer choices were better than most other ibis hotels. The room itself was clean and the overall hotel was quiet. Our in-room coffee machine was broken but they provided an espresso shot in the morning at no cost. We would definitely stay there again if we were exploring the Porto/Aveiro area or visiting the nearby conference center."
