"Not friendly staffs. The cleaning staff forgot to restock the shampoo/conditioner. They do have the kuerig k-cup coffee machine in the room, it was a surprise for the type of motel this is. It is close to railroad and the street can get noisy at night. It is not expensive, so you need to not expect much."

"We could not stay there. The room was dirty and had a bad smell. The entire appearance of the Motel was shabby and disheveled. The person manning the desk did not speak any English and so communication was daunting. We demanded our money back because we dreaded the thought of having to spend a night there. They were uncooperative, so we had to go through our credit card company to cancel payment to them. Would not recommend this establishment for anyone."

"Everything was great except for the 2, super nice and apologetic front desk women who gave a room key to someone who shouldn't have had one ...a total of 4 keys. Be sure to let them know if no one else should get one."

"Over all the stay was nice. Hotel is a little dated. Workout equipment was very limited. Breakfast was ok….. main complaint like most other reviews was the mattresses! They are wore out and extremely uncomfortable! I didn’t sleep well at all! Please replace!"

"No i accidentally selected the wrong date by a day and noticed immediately after I booked. Expedia nor the Hotel could help me. Lessons learned. Most likely wont use Expedia for anymore of my travels. Called Holiday Inn and booked a room directly. Great room and service!"

"The room was not what was expected. The lighting has really bad. There was no meat for breakfast. The air window vent had not been cleaned when we turned it on. The picture looked as if we were going to have an AMAZING stay. My mother had to go up and down stairs and she is 81. Though we did pay for two nights, we left at 6 that evening. This was truly misleading. "
