The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only downside was I booked it cause it had a pool and when we got there thr pool was half drained and gross water so my kids couldnt swim, but otherwise was a good stay.

We needed to stay the night in Hutchinson and didn’t think to book ahead. Turns out to be during the State Fair and NO rooms under $3-400 in the city! Finally found a room thru Hotels.com at the Super 8 and to be honest I was a little scared. But, honestly it wasn’t bad, beds comfortable- just a little smoky smelling, particularly in the bathroom.

Super 8 sometimes get bad expectations. Tried this for the state fair because of the price and convenience, five minutes away. Very convenient for getting there early to attend to livestock, and go take a nap or relax for a little bit. Was quite surprised the cleanliness and comfortability was very good for the family. There is not an elevator, but only three floors. The breakfast is very minimal, nothing hot or cooked. If you don’t need all the fancy expensive other hotels and plan ahead for breakfast this is a very good budget friendly option. Definitely recommend and will stay there again.

They wanted to charge us again at check in because the gal didnt understand that the reservation was already. The design of the hotel was funky with the 1st floor hallway being downstairs in a basement level. If you are traveling with a lot of lugage for a multiday trip this is not the best place to stay. The side door to the hotel would not open with out yanking extreemly hard. They key card unlocked it but the magnitization or what ever would not let a normal pull open the door. You basicly had to rip the door open to get in. In the room there was a hole in the quilt and the bathmat was ratty and falling apart. Otherwise it was ok for a quick overnight stay. Mattress comforable, room clean, area safe and quiet. Wont stay there again but it was okay for what we needed it for.
