"Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo! This was perfect for us to start our BA vacation. Leandro and Pablo were so helpful with everything including local recommendations. The decor was beautiful, the breakfast buffet is huge and lovely. We spent and afternoon ready with a glass of wine in the library. The rooms are wonderful. The best part...the shower. "Beautiful hotel, spacious comfortable well equipped rooms and super large amazingly comfortable bed! Staff were lovely and extremely helpful, including helping us out with the taxi on arrival due to payment confusion and lack of local currency. Location also perfect for what we wanted - easy access to metro but out of the city at night with access to all of Palermo’s amazing restaurants and bars."

"The check in process was all done virtually. No live person, no front desk. Just Face ID, QR codes and numeral codes. It was my first time encountering this process and I had a hard time. "Spectacular stay! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The location was excellent — within walking distance to everything in Palermo.
