"We were very pleased with our stay. Il Divino is an oasis in a vibrant part of the city. At the end of stay we lost our key card and the Il Divino contact person was able to let us back into our room remotely so that we could collect our luggage and leave on time. Their use of WhatsApp is an efficient way of managing their B&B. "

"First of all, your reqest for feedback sould be sent in the guest's language! That would show a connetion rather than making the guest feel simply like a reporter. I had two concerns. The room was very cold and I do not feel that guests should be asked to carry their garbage downstairs!!! I have never been told to do that at any other place Ihave stayed. Other than that it was a wonderful stay."

"Great place. Very clean, secure, and plenty of space. Right next to a grocery store, and walking distance to the train station and other public transportation. Our only complaint is not about the apartment, but the area around the apartment. It was dirty and seemed a bit rough. However, I'm told most of Naples is this way, and this area is no different. Either way, the apartment itself is great."
