"I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Green Plaza. The location is unbeatable if you love having everything at your fingertips; being right inside the Green Plaza Mall means you have hundreds of shops, a cinema, and endless restaurants just steps from your room.  The service was top-notch—the staff were professional and made check-in a breeze. "Staff was so nice and helpful"

"We booked the bungalows and it wasn’t as we expected. It was so primitive even no TV later on we found out it’s very basic. The Private beach wasn’t as we expected if you’re planning to book choose the cabanas it’s much better and the beach. There is very nice."

"Hotel has very large rooms, mine was around 17m long, but shower cubicle was less than a metre, which didn't make sense. Shower was unpredictable and only once did I feel comfortable to continuous warm water. Hotel advertises 2 swimming pools, but there is only one, outside one which is not heated. Also advertises a SPA, which never worked and the person who I eventually found in the health suite did not want to discuss reasons and actually walked away. "The room was very clean and look as good as the photos online, the breakfast was delicious and a good variety. Staff was good and friendly. My only complaint is not with the hotel but the community itself, no one sleeps and the cars are very loud all night long, it was very difficult to sleep so we left earlier than originally planned. They need to have police clear that area or something because they will loose a lot of tourists like that."
