Excelente hotel, un poco de ruido en la noche

De parte del hotel, todo bien. Buena atención, camas cómodas, la chimenea OK, el WC a veces bajaba a veces no, pero en realidad nada grave. Cinco estrellas. Peeeero, no creo regresar porque las habitaciones están junto a la calle, así que pasan camiones, los perros ladran, etc. No fue el viaje al bosque que esperaba, imaginé mayor “desconexión” con la ciudad. Ah, y el café parece agua de calcetín.

The property is fine but we tried multiple times to contact staff with questions and they couldn’t be bothered. Even when we were there the staff had to be distracted from their cell phones to help us. Restaurant was much better. Probably the nicest facility around but I would not go back due to lack of customer service.

Las cabañas están súper bonitas, sus terrazas, sus vistas padrísimas, los miradores, los exteriores geniales. Mi recomendación sería que mejorarán los servicios de limpieza.

El lugar es hermoso, el personal es muy amable, todo estuvo en orden, solo por sugerir algo estaría bien que ofrecieran más amenidades, ya que solo nos dieron papel de baño y un shampoo, podrían dar jaboncito, y unas botellitas de agua como extra 🤗

We loved the property, the convenience, the location and the service. The staff are very friendly. The views are spectacular. Our cabin had a balcony and to feel the actual clouds touch our face while sitting outside was amazing. Our last night we did a temazcal Session on site, and it was very good. We made sure to tip all staff, mototaxis, waiters, everybody in town. They do their work with their hearts.

Place feels magical. Best cabins I saw around. Many steps so not for mobility impaired. Don’t bring big luggage as u will have to carry it up many flights of stairs.
