"Clearly the hotel was a bit short-staffed, but it was still a good experience. The main problem is that the hotel has way too few parking spots for the number of rooms."

"Hotel is always nice. One negative thing is the breakfast staff was a bit rude and was not happy with how many people were getting their breakfast close to end time. She complain about a guest asking if she could get something from a tray and told her.... that's why I say 5 more minutes and later 2 more minutes, not my fault you don't come on time. Not a nice thing to say to a guest."

"A lovely break and great views. Has the potential to be a 5 atar review but rip off prices for car parking for guests, high costs if restaurant food/drink and variable customer service mean its a 4. Lady who checked us in was amazing, lady who checked us out not. Staff who seated us in restaurant on day 1 2 and 3 great day 4 not. Manager snapped at staff in shop about talking when on shift which wasnt nice. Shop staff great but prices high. 2nd stay and would stay again."
