"La habitación amplia en el dormitorio y el baño espacioso pero con una ducha muy pequeña. La atención en recepción excelente. El desayuno de muy buena calidad , podría mejorar la actitud de los meseros. Muy bien ubicado, la zona segura y con restaurantes cerca. Cuando vuelva a Sorrento, me vuelvo a hospedar aquí."

"The staff was excellent apart from them coming into the room even after cleaning, but it seems that they only came in to water the bushes on the patio off of the room. Location was not ideal since we had to walk 1 mile to town and the walk is very dangerous with bad drivers mixed with no side walks. The bed and pillows were hard. Overall it was a very nice hotel."

"This place was very close to the train and center of town place was clean and staff was exceptional!! The rooftop bar was awesome to watch the sunset, have drinks and listen to live music such a good spot for first timers!"

"Staff were amazing and accommodating to whatever we needed. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed a lovely meal watching the sunset with breathtaking views Hotel room itself was ok but it was quite small considering 4 star hotel. It didn't come with a proper fridge and the makeshift bathroom storage wasn't really adequate. That being said we did enjoy our stay but we were a little disappointed with the room"

"We had a fantastic stay here! The pool was amazing, the hotel had the perfect Italian charm and the staff were so amazing. Everyone was so helpful and wanted to ensure we had the best trip. The rooftop bar was a highlight as well. The drinks were delish and the pool was amazing after a hot day. The staff was always helpful arranging our taxis and the breakfast was amazing every morning! Highly recommend"

"The Hotel was in a great location. The room was nice and had AC and a balcony, always a plus. The breakfast was great. A variety of different foods to choose from. The transportation they arranged was great as well. Would definitely stay there again for the next visit."

"Make sure you treat yourself to the seaview rooms. Wow! I could sit on that balcony all day watching the view. The location of the hotel was very convenient to everything: the sea was just across the street, the main artery of restaurants and shops was just a couple blocks away, and the ferry was only 7-10 minute walk away. The air conditioning takes a bit to cool down the room but eventually gets there so be patient. My one watch out was the food and beverage staff. The team was very quick to clear my plates during breakfast - sometimes before I was actually done - and I tried to order a drink at the bar and bring it back to the pool and was denied. The thing I didn't understand was that there were people with drinks all around me at the pool. It just didn't feel like they wanted to go out of their way - they weren't mean or rude - just not helpful. Front desk staff was lovely and very helpful so this could be isolated to just 1-2 people at the restaurant."
