"Our stay was only 1 night, but the staff were all extremely helpful and very friendly. They took care of our water taxi reservations to & from the airport. Hotel location is close to many sites to see and shops to visit. Very pleasant stay, we will be back."

"Great place to stay! The hotel was very nice, immaculate, rooms were nicely appointed, great location, and absolutely delicious breakfasts and wonderful wait staff. All hotel employees we encountered were professional, helpful, welcoming and very accommodating. The front desk staff was friendly, helped us with directions, recommended some awesome restaurants, called water taxis, and had a staff member bring our luggage to the dock upon our departure. Great overall experience. Highly recommend this hotel. Loved our stay in Venice!"
