"The property is a bit outdated and could benefit from better maintenance. The bed was not very comfortable, and the rooms were somewhat noisy, which made it harder to fully relax. On the positive side, the location is very convenient, and the building has good security."

"This was the second time that I stayed there in 3 years, both for 4 full days on vacation. The hotel is very well located. The room and common areas were clean and the staff was excellent. The bar was good and the rooftop pool was great. The two complaints were the breakdowns in the property and the breakfast buffet was not very good (the scrambled eggs were a disaster). As to the property problems, the elevators did not work on the north tower for several hours one day, and my friend had to change his room twice, the first time because his room door malfunctioned and the second time because there was a pipe spewing an oil exhaust directly on his room window with a heavy odor. "
