The place is very traditional with its look and feel. The good: very friendly staff and customer service. The hotel is close but not too close to the center of town making it a great spot to walk around from, yet not so close that you will be bothered by all the noise. The bad: Bed was squeaky and a little hard. Although a traditional look and feel they need to supply an area where people can charge their multiple devices with more USB charges around. They need a better WIFI as the reception was bad. The ironing board and iron need to be replaced as they are small and poor quality and the cord was really short making it hard to iron with. There is a Dog that constantly barks at anyone walking by which is terrible because it’s out of control because it’s a neighbor dog. They should see if their is an ordinance against this because this is causing their business and client’s discomfort and may hinder their business. Other than that it was a good stay and would recommend people visit and stay here. I mention the bad because if it were my business I would like feedback so I know where I can improve and make this place a even better place to stay.
The courtyard looks nice and in safe neighborhood. But the bathroom sink was not vented correctly and every time the toilet was flushed, toxic sewer gases came up through the sink drain. We only discovered this when we returned to hotel in the evening after dinner. I had to tear a piece of the plastic trash liner to cover the drain while not using the sink. Mattress was only slightly softer than the tile floor. And only one outlet in the bedroom, behind the headboard and very hard to reach for charging phones. Very thin windows and door, so heard local neighborhood noises all night (dogs, cars, fireworks). Felt more like a backpackers hostel than a three star hotel. We booked for four nights but checked out after a single night and booked at another hotel. They charged the whole stay upon checking in, and I haven't received any credit yet for the nights we did not stay. I'm not holding my breathe that I'll get that credit back. My advice would be to see your room, checking the bed, outlets, and flush the toilet BEFORE you pay. Front desk young lady was very nice and helpful, but there wasn't much she could do.
Muchas gracias por el buen servicio y amabilidad de todo el personal, todas las instalaciones son lo que se muestra en las fotos, agradezco su compromiso con el cuidado del medio ambiente.
Excellent property ! I was hesitant with the mix reviews this place has but I’m so glad we chose this one ! Super close to the center, very nice staff amazing rooms and over all super clean.
The moment I entered, I loved the place. Very friendly staff and the room was top notch!
