I like the whole atmosphere and decor of this hotel, the location is at the center of the historic area, the breakfast was very nice. Overall we really enjoyed staying there.

The entire hotel was clean and in great condition. The staff was very polite and attentive to all our needs. The hotel is centrally located . It was an excellent choice for anyone looking for a hotel with great staff and location. They also offered breakfast in the mornings which was delicious. Again, the service and attention to details were incredible.

We booked a 2-night stay at Casa Hoyas in November, and it truly met our expectations. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a junior suite that included a king-sized bed, robes and new slippers. Everything from the location and décor to the customer service and delicious breakfast was a delight. Omar and his staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and fully able to relax during our first visit to SMA. The list of local recommendations were an added bonus. The property was very quiet, upgraded with water filtration and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel also features a rooftop bar with scenic views of the SMA area.

This place is amazing! Super close to the Mercado de Artesanías Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel. Highly recommend staying here. The staff is extremely friendly and makes sure you are taken care of.

Casa Hoyos is a beautiful boutique hotel. The staff is very friendly and gave us great service. Adrian at the bar made the best margaritas, Julian our driver was excellent and all the staff at the concierge were always so friendly and helpful. This hotel is in a very convenient place, near many restaurants, bars and a 5 minute walk to el centro. I would definitely stay at Casa Hoyos again.

Loved this hotel

We loved our stay at Casa Hoyos. The location was perfect- easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff here is amazing- they helped us get restaurant reservations and transportation when needed. They were always friendly and fun to chat with. We had an early tour one day and they accommodated us for breakfast a little early (our only issue is 8:30 am was a little late for us). Highly recommend Casa Hoyos!

This is a very unique boutique hotel. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast is included and is quite good. the Ghar restaurant is some of the best Indian food I have ever had. Bekeb, rooftop bar is a great place to unwind after a long day of sight seeing and offers an excellent view of the sunset. The property is in easy walking distance to most of the attractions. This is a great hotel. We will be staying again the next time we are in San Miguel de Allende.

The hotel is very pretty and in a great location. It has a nice breakfast included. But it has a rooftop bar that is open nightly for outside crowds with loud music till midnight at which point you hear as it is emptying out and being cleaned. People walk freely throughout the hotel to access the rooftop which I thought was strange even though it doesn’t feel unsafe.

Amazing boutique hotel!

This property is amazing, as are the staff! Everything is as depicted in the photos, and the entire place - from the two courtyards, to the street-facing bar, to the rooms - are exquisite, refined, and design-forward, without feeling stuffy or overly bougie. The staff are INCREDIBLE, and the location of this hotel is incredibly near to everything, yet on a quiet street, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep in the sumptuously comfortable beds. We would stay again in a heartbeat, and would recommend to anyone wanting a lowkey 5-star boutique hotel in SMdA. Please note: they are redoing the rooftop bar (with amazing views of the town), and removing the pool, so that feature will go away, but the nearly Escondido Place (hot springs) are a much more rewarding water-based experience anyway. The expect the renovations to be completed in July.
