Book it!

Do not hesitate! Book this stay! It epitomizes hospitality and oozes with charm. We loved being able to help ourselves to snacks and drinks at any hour, the breakfast is extraordinary, the flowers and birds are enchanting, and the bed super comfy. The roof patio has a magical view, and we were mad for the art and architectural features throughout. Your hosts will see to it that your stay is perfect.

A beautiful house, purpose built for the original B&B experience and hosted by the owners, who provide a superb attentive service. Rooms are super confortable, with high quality mattresses and bedding, in a beautiful environment on internal gardens. The house overlooks town and you can be in the centre in 15 minutes, walking. Highly recommend!

Great B&B! The owners & staff were all very friendly and hosptiable, and made a delicious breakfast. Rooms were clean and super unique, and the garden area was gorgeous along with the rooftop. The location is up a long stony hill so be prepared to do some walking or call taxis to get around (they're cheap). Honestly the walking is good way to get lost in and explore the neighborhood, which is very safe. Highly recommended!

There are so may good things to say about Antigua Capilla. First, Antonieta, the owner. I was able to text her on WhatsApp before and during our stay and received nearly immediate replies. She greeted us when we arrived and we felt immediately at home. Antigua Capilla is beautiful. Our room was lovely with the high ceilings often found in Mexico. The king size bed was so comfortable I slept better than I do at home. Breakfast was different every day. The staff was always attentive and friendly. I could go on. The B&B is a 15 minute walk to the central square, is in a quiet neighborhood. In addition, we felt very safe in San Miguel, enjoyed all the shops and dining. You will find San Miguel has a very nice mix of the old and the upscale. I could go on, but you would get tired of reading. Just go.

I can't say enough about this B & B. It felt like we were with family. They booked all our transportation and helped with advise on restaurants and places to go and things to do. The rooms were lovely and each individually decorated. The breakfasts were delicious and different every day. The staff was friendly and very accommodating . The owners even went above and beyond by helping us recover a cell phone that we left in a taxi. This was not an easy task. Would highly recommend.

I love the room and the view from the terrace. The hosts were amazing. I received text messages as soon as I booked to make sure I have whatever information I needed regarding transportation, etc. Breakfast was delicious! Do note that it is a few minutes away from the town center and will most likely require taxi rides, which is around $3.5 each way.

This was our first experience in a bed and breakfast and we loved it!!! Everything was great, the place, decoration, ambiance, comfort, location, breakfast, service, size of bedrooms, cleanliness, and the views from the rooftop are beautiful. Sanctuary in San Miguel de Allende

Amazing travel experience! The hospitality here is beyond compare, and the room, house, garden and food are all first rate! The views are spectacular. The high reviews for this property are not exaggerated. The only issue for some travelers would be the stairs to the front door and the uphill climb to this street, but there are taxis everywhere.

Es un lugar que tiene una vista privilegiada en su terraza , los servicios de cocina con Gloria y Sofía son muy ricos y amenos , Es un lugar muy bueno para descansar , solo que si tienes problemas articulares sobre todo en rodillas sufrirás por los muchos escalones para subir , están construyendo alrededor y golpean duro desde las 8 am hasta las 6 pm , un lugar muy limpio bien cuidado , habitaciones cómodas , cuando solicites un taxi pregunta el costo antes , pero altamente recomendable
