Dejlig udsigt men meget slidt interiør. Meget støj

Villaerne fremstår meget slidt og trænger til istandsættelse. Alle vægge trængte til maling og der var en stor åbning under døren i soveværelset, som det blæste meget igennem. Der manglede service af enhver slags og villaen var meget sparsomt møbleret. Der er ekstremt lydt og man kan høre naboerne tale sammen gennem væggene når som helst. Udendørsområde og nabolag fremstår også noget slidt. Der er langt til indkøb og restauranter hvis man ikke er i bil.

Lo mejor, la amplitud de la villa y el parking con acceso directo. Lo peor, la falta de intimidad de la terraza (muro muy bajo entre villas) y la cocina (cristalera sin cortina, dando a la calle) y el estado de parte del mobiliario

Schöne Anlage in gepflegtem Zustand. Angenehme Lage in Meeresnähe. Private Parkgarage je Appartment mit direktem Zugang zum Appartment. Schöne Außenpool-Anlage. Tagsüber häufig Fluglärm durch landende Flugzeuge am Nahe gelegenen Flughafen TFS. Ausstattung Geschirr ist minimalistisch (genau 5 Teller, Gläser, etc.), ansonsten schön ausgestattetes Appartment. Pools nicht beheizt. Kommunikation zwischen Expedia und Anbieter ist suboptimal, wir hatten 5 Personen und 1 Kind (17 Jahre) bei Expedia gebucht, für den Anbieter war das 5 Erwachsene und 1 Kind (bis 12 Jahre), und wir wurden in eine Unterkunft mit 5 Betten eingebucht...

Mediocre Accommodation

The villa is nowhere near as good as the pictures show so bery misleading. It could do with a lot of TLC. Although we knew the pools where not heated they really were freezing. Both the main pool and the private pool were the same. The kitchen was sparingly equipped but as we didn’t eat in it wasn’t a problem for us but not great if you want to cook. There was plenty of wardrobe space but hardly any hangers. The showers were very good. The view over the Marina was great and it is lovely to sit on balcony in morning to watch the sun rise. Villa is very spacious and has a garage underneath if you have hired a car. There are a few really good restaurants near by. Two or three within 5-10 mins and a few more within 25-30 mins. Beautiful walk along the sea front.

Christmas retreat

We really enjoyed our stay, beautiful weather, the pool was great for the kids and the self catering facilities were excellent included was a dishwasher and washing machine. Large rooms, high ceilings, clean with good house keeping. Couple of bars and restaurants nearby and a supermarket. Nice walks along the coastline in both directions. Quiet location but not far to the lively areas. Its close to the airport so expect some noise, it didn't bother us. Would recommended and will definitely be returning next Christmas 😁

Good location and staff! No AC or fan . We could not sleep the first night we reached as it was very hot and no AC or Fan in the villa... shocking ... , cutlery is limited can’t cook any decent meals, few plates and cups. No beer glasses. Didn’t provide starter pack like small pint of milk sugar etc. No shampoo or soaps in the bathroom . I understand it was self catering villas but providing small things line these would help. Villas were empty still we were told it’s full so we had to check in another hotel for few hours as our flight was at night.

La villa es muy cómoda, su situación muy tranquila, lo que nos deja un poco a disgusto son los colchones son muy incómodos a parte de muy usados, vas a descansar y te levantas peor, sólo hay una televisión en ls casa, las fotos no se corresponden con lo que venden al menos en una de las habitaciones se be un televisor pero no, no está, a parte de esos dos inconvenientes el resto muy satisfactorio la zona muy tranquila y pata ir en familia la villa es muy cómoda

Great Hotel w/ beautiful views & perfect location

We had a wonderful experience and were treated hospitably by Enrique and all the staff during our visit. If we had a request it was attended too. We had a wonderful room with beautiful views of the sea and marina. It was a very natural and beautiful setting with food, golf, sea, walks, and hikes all in close proximity and walking distance, but it was not in a too touristy areas as some places are. We recommend seeing Palm Mar at sunset, seeing Teide, visiting beaches in El Medona, and eating at La Marinas.

Mooie, rustige locatie, wel paar aandachtspunten.

Locatie is top! rustig gelegen en kijkend over zee met direct wandelroutes langst de kust vanaf het huisje. Aantal restaurantjes op korte loopafstand ook erg fijn. Privé parkeren onder het huisje is erg netjes. Wel wat aandachtspunten: bedden zijn keihard, echt niet prettig. Aantal borden en glazen maar precies 6, dus elke keer vaatwasser aan. Zwembaden zijn niet verwarmd. Zijdelings buren en vrij gehorig, overdag niet erg maar 's nachts wel. Het privézwembad is meer een voeten bad, maar het grote zwembad is wel fijn. De grootte van het huisje, slaapkamers, badkamers en keuken qua faciliteiten helemaal in orde.

Had plenty of space for the family

Stopped in a 3 bed villa with a plunge pool. Villa was lovely, clean and very spacious. Cleaners came most days to clean floors make beds and stock up toilet rolls, soap ect. Kitchen had all the equipment that u needed to cook a meal. Private garage under the villa to keep your rental car safe. We enjoyed our stay here.

Very quiet area

We enjoyed our stay at Sun Bay Villas . We had a 3 bed villa which was very spacious and clean . I was worried about the pool being unheated but once you were in it was fine . There is a lovely coastal walk going towards Los Abrigos. A glass cafe overlooking the sea halfway serves lovely barraquitos ( a liqueur coffee) . Don't bother walking in the other direction towards Las Galletas, it's a bit scruffy and has some shanty dwellings . If you struggle to find reception when you arrive , it's in villa 55 .
