"The hotel is located well and close to the train station, the lakeside and downtown. The rooms are nice and clean with a pillow menu. The breakfast is fantastic with a huge variety of health options. Beyond this all objective aspects, the hotel staff is simply 5*, not that you would meet in many hotels these days. I highly recommend this hotel to stay when you visit Lugano."

"Everything is great except the fact that the shuttle to airport was fully booked and we had to take taxi, but we originally planned this hotel in order to have shuttle to airport. If we know this ahead of time that we had to reserve ahead of time it was not an issue but we got cut by surprise."

"Lovely charming hotel - spotlessly clean and great staff. Lovely bar, (The HemingwayBar) great views over the Lake and an easy walk from the town centre. Fun pool with high diving board. The breakfast was oddly limited - almost no hot food - and this could be better. Overall it was great and we would happily return."

"I got the room with the amazing view of the mountains, lakes and ponds! It was a hard room floor. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean Temperature was perfect to sleep throughout the night. My only recommendation is changing if the carpet in the passage and some floors and keeping the patios clean."
