The room was very noisy, I could’nt sleep, so much that I had to cancel another reservation at the same hotel. However, the staff was very helpful in any other matter. Breakfast was OK at best.

Needs updated. They use a key that needs to be returned to the front desk upon leaving the premises. Blankets very disappointing. Hot water not available when I was there. Very low ceiling you can touch. Fantastic location very convenient for shopping and dining. Service is not in their list of thing to do with clients.

Nice place! Only issue was I booked through Orbitz and shows up and they said they didn't have any rooms. Somehow they found one and we stayed. The room + bathroom were really nice. Breakfast was mostly desserts which could be improved.

It started with checking in when the reception have sent us to a closed restaurant (onNew Years day). It continued with a room which had mold in the bathroom and also in the room itself. The room looked like it was not renovated since years. The room had a broken window and a non functional minibar. Plus insects. I have informed the hotel the next morning. They just wiped the mold. That’s it. When we came back in the evening the lady at the front t desk told me talk to them tomorrow. The person on the front desk the next morning didn’t do a thing. I would never sell this room.
