Le Chatelet is highly recommended. Frankly there is nothing exceptional but the hotel it is very comfortable and well located in the town. We had problems on the first night due to excessive noise but the more than polite staff resolved this problem with ease. Parking is also a problem with this hotel but again the staff were aware of this and solved our concerns. This was a a highly recommend hotel for its comfort and professionalism.

A stay that could have been perfect!

First, the hotel did not refund the prepaid VAT tax. This is standard practice in Argentina as all prices include VAT. The room was left unmade with ridiculous excuses. The location is good, breakfast friendly.

No A/C and no thermostat or room temp control

My room was quite dated and rather small. I had to move the bed so there was enough room for the chair to fit in front of the small desk. The worst thing is that there is no air conditioning in the hotel or the rooms. There is also no control for heating the room. They have central air for the entire hotel, so whatever temperature they set it at, you're stuck with it. At one point, when I was already a little too warm, they turned on the heat and the room felt like a sauna. I had to open the window and turn on the fan. At least they have a fan in the room. The location is good, but I would not stay here again.

O hotel é super bem localizado. Ótimo atendimento, conta com spa - que faz toda diferença após uma dia de esqui. Uma banheira de hidro bem grande e sauna seca, vc agenda horário e fica Excluisva. O café da manhã é ótimo. O banheiro é bem pequeno e a cama tb. Mas no geral é muito bom e eu voltaria me hospedar com certeza.
