I was on a long road trip and only needed a hotel for overnight for myself and my two dogs. The staff was very helpful and nice. While the breakfast was basic, it was cooked to order and the waitress was wonderful. It was conveniently right off the highway and the hotel itself didn't have any of the usual road traffic noise. If you just need a room for the night, this is the place.

We were traveling with our small dog. There was grass on the property which made it comfortable for her. Although the hotel is tired and dated and in bad need of some modernization, the beds were very comfortable.

The staff was wonderful especially Claudia! She took time with us and our dog. Even comforting her when there was a thunderstorm and she got scared. This place is off the beaten path and such a wonderful find! The only concern was no hot water late at night.

no security at all

not every room we had was with a good working AC, the security was the worst, while we were trying to check in another person who had registered already got some tools stolen from his pick up in a matter of a few minutes. We left the hotel to go get rooms to a different hotel near by.

Liked the location for traveling from Querétaro toward Matehuala by car, because it is very close to the bypass. The hotel is otherwise not particularly pleasant. Check-in is slow. Only one key although there were two of us. Dripping faucet. Not very cheery decor. They didn't give us enough water.

Duramos casi 50 minutos en recepción para que nos pudieran dar una habitación, ya que según la señorita, no aparecía mi reservación Me dieron una habitación de camas dobles, exactamente la 124 Y en mi reservación era una habitación sencilla con 1 cama matrimonial, para 2 personas En la habitación solo había 1 toalla para baño Muy mal servicio
