Stayed for 1 week, pleasant stay. Breakfast was great with different options daily. Daily house cleaning available. Only temporary downside was trying to figure out how to operate the heater, and lack of enough bath towels, but both resolved by next day. Will definitely stay again.

Comfortable stay

My husband and I were stuck due to car problems. We ended up staying for a week and were very comfortable with our villa. Staff were very friendly. My only recommendation would be to add at least a fan in the gym as it gets very hot to exercise in there !

Our room was filty. The floors had all kinds of trash and hairs. The bathrooms had dirty water on the floors and hairs all over. The toilets were dirty. The towels were ripped and dirty yellow. The kidchen had trash and the tanble was sticky. We felt disgusted, the only reason we stayed is because there were no other hotels in the area that were pet friendly. The two front office staff were nice. One of them went to our villa and and mopped the water on the floor.

Sadly, we arrived here with groceries to cook in the full kitchen advertised We arrived to no cookware, 1 fork ,one spoon, no dish towels, only 3 bath towels for 4 people. We called reception and were told he won't come vy with things to cook with in about 5 minutes, after waiting almost and hour, we called again. If you are going to rent a condo with a full kitchen, tgen we feel it should at least be stocked. The unit was showing it's wear, the walls were dirty and pealing. No air conditioner in the downstairs but at least the 3 bedrooms had it and each had a tv. The front desk clerk was friendly

The front desk girls were very nice and the entrance to the property was locked at all times which made me feel safe. The breakfast was acceptable for a hotel breakfast. Someone had a party while during our stay and it didn't end until almost dawn. Otherwise, the rooms were nice and convenient for a family of 4.

Nice place to stay in. Good breakfast. Clean and spacious. Just check each bedrooms split AC system and make sure they are properly cooling before unpacking. So you can ask for another villa if the AC is not working properly. We had to move one of the mattresses into another room because one room's AC was not cooling. It was late at night so it was easier to move the mattress than having to gather all our belongings and moving again. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Again. It was a terrible experience. My wife and I in a road trip to Mexico. Late midnight we search online and Expedia offer comes in. We pay the reservation, and drive to the address given to us. In there there was no hotel and no where to find it. A hotel that apparently doesn’t exist. We had to continue driving 5 more hours, without a place to stay. Unacceptable.

En esta última ocasión fue horrible, la alberca no funcionaba y las habitaciones que están hasta el final, entra exceso de luz y había mucho ruido temprano, en ocasión pasada todo bien, hasta recomendé el lugar pero jamás me volvería a hospedar.
