The stay was very pleasant. Staff attended to all our needs immediately. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The staff were very friendly and happy to assist. Loved the hotel and specially the staff. This will be our hotel from now on in San Luis Potosí, México!!!

When we initially arrived to the hotel, the AC wasn’t working, but the staff worked quickly to get it restored. The staff were extremely helpful, accommodating and very nice. The rooms were clean and the AC in our room kept us cool and comfortable. Would stay here again if I’m in San Luis.

Food at buffet was good. Room service very limited menu Walls are very thin could hear everything in the next room Power went out for about 30 minutes upon arrival. pool did not have any service, if we wanted drinks or food. several family members staying at hotel. One room the a/c wasn't working. Another room leak in closet and wet all their clothes. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.
