We love the beach, and this hotel is at the perfect location, close to the pier, walking distance, we like that they dont charge for parking, and if you are early, you can park without any issues. Rooms are cozy and clean, service is efficient and pleasant, this is definitely our spot,

It is a small older property however everything had recently been updated. The room was spacious and clean. It was walking distance to the beach to restaurants and shops. Parking was free. My stay was very comfortable.

It is an affordable way to stay in the downtown Pismo area walking to most everything. Nothing fancy and room is very small, but fine for us mostly exploring around and just there to sleep and easy location to go back to change clothes in room from day to night. Everything in room was clean, had a mini fridge, microwave, new keurig, and outside ice machine near the office.
