Located directly at the lower (west) end of downtown SLO, this was a perfect home base for extensive walking tours of the historic Mission and beyond. Clean rooms, recently upgraded, easy parking, very friendly staff, all you want in a vacatiin home base for a night or two!

This hotel is in heart of downtown San Luis Obispo. The owners are very gracious and so accommodating. The property is exceptional, very clean and well maintained. I will definitely go back. If anyone is considering going to SLO I would very highly recommend this property. You will be more than happy you did.

Staff was super helpful and gave tourist information upon arrival. The location was ideal at the end of the main downtown street, so easy to leave the car at the hotel and walk downtown. Location is right off the 101 so super fast to get on and off the highway. The room had two nice double beds, good pillows and linens. The design was modern and felt comfortable. Door could use a hinge lock to supplement the stadard door lock for safety, but we did still feel safe being on the first floor.

This motel was fine overall. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were like bricks. It felt clean and safe. I appreciated the parking. The room layout was a bit different but spacious. Like most places, there was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap available. The location was the best part. About 6 minutes from Cal Poly and an easy walk to everything downtown. Definitely no frills but not bad either.
