We absolutely loved staying at LoveSoulBeautiful in Luquillo. The area is very easy to walk around and find restaurants and shops. You can be at the beach in 30 seconds. El Conquistador Resort
It was a nice resort, but needed some updating. The WiFi was pretty terrible and overall systems dated.
