Staffs were awesome. Loved our stay in Hyatt vacation club at hacienda Del Mar. Rooms are clean and kitchen is well stocked with all utensils you need. My husband absolutely liked ocean view from resort and pool access as well. Chill friendly environment. My toddler enjoyed a lot.

The property has seen better days...staff was nice and helpful. Walk to the beach was past loading docs and parking garages so not as idealistic or close as described. No offer of beach towels, so bring your own, or go buy them as one person suggested.

Amazing stay! The property is not far from any of the places to see in San Juan. It is a very nicely done and well kept property. Also, the contacts and staff are very nice and responsive! I would definitely come back and book another stay.
