"This property is located in an industrial area, so there isn’t much nearby. It’s also right next to the freeway, so if you have a balcony, be prepared for a fair amount of noise. One thing to note,if you’re considering Club Level, it’s not what you might expect compared to other Hilton properties. There aren’t the usual amenities, and no alts or vouchers were offered during our stay. Also, refrigerators and microwaves are not standard in the rooms—you’ll need to upgrade or request one, and even then, availability can be limited.
The hotel itself is on the older side. The rooms were decent, but some areas of the property could use better maintenance. For example, one of our room locks didn’t work properly, and another door had to be lifted to open. The hallways also had an unpleasant odor at times.
\Service was a bit hit or miss. While a few staff members were helpful, others came across as less welcoming. When we brought up some of the room issues, it seemed like they were already aware but not overly concerned.
\We were there during a dance convention, so the hotel was very busy. The only dining option available was understaffed, and the on-site steakhouse wasn’t open during our stay. They do offer complimentary water and a warm cookie, which is a nice touch, although service around that felt inconsistent.
Parking is $32 per night, uncovered, and without visible security. Overall, the stay was okay, but it didn’t quite meet the standard I typically expect from a Hilton. "
