We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Los Cabos. The food was so good, lots of options for everyone. Endless drink options! All the staff were lovely, especially Irving who gave us a beautiful personal experience. He set up a beautiful private dinner on the beach for my boyfriend and I. Will definitely be making a trip back!

Everything about dreams resort was everything I hoped it would be! From the beautiful beach, to the incredible staff and a special shout out to Dulce at the lobby bar, ~ ;) I never really felt the need to leave the resort, five excellent restaurants, incredible service, massages on the beach, books by the pool. I’ll be back for sure.!

We had an amazing time at this resort! The workers especially made our trip even better. Especially Humberto (a waiter), Irvin (a waiter), and Jhon (Jhon Manuel from entertainment). Each of these workers made our trip unfortunately and made our experience at this resort worth every penny. All of these workers are such hard working people with the best personalities! There’s no words to describe this place it kids friendly very clean very respectful staff, very nice staff, the babysitters here are absolutely wonderful. My kids didn’t want to leave the day care . The property and staff were amazing. The food was delicious and a ton of options. The rooms were large and very functional for a family. The staff were kind happy helpful and friendly. Our family enjoyed our week, the hotel is very detail oriented which I love.

The pool for Hyatt Preferred members was much nicer than the main pool. It was also much quieter and the service was very attentive. My main problem with our stay is that, as a preferred member, I expected a nice room location. Our room was terrible and overlooked the roof of Portofino. I asked the front desk to move us and they said they had something available for the following night. And it was only marginally better. We ended up staying there but I would have never paid that much for such a poor location. The food was pretty good for an all inclusive. The buffet was what you’d expect. The Italian restaurant and the Seaside Grill were really good options. Overall, we wouldn’t stay here again.
