It's comfortable and clean, but quite isolated, and they don't have basic amenities. It's in a very secluded location. Hopefully, the situation will improve. If you just want to rest, it's fine. But there are no attractions nearby, or at least they don't offer any directions.

It’s a new hotel in a far industrial area. Do not recommend to travel at night. Humantla, Tlaxcala is about 25 minutes away. Even though is a new hotel, they have electricity problems. Air conditioner gave up due to electricity going on and off. Free breakfast is a plus!

Me enviaron a un hotel que no era el que yo estaba reservando en un inicio, yo reservaba en Angelopolis y ustedes me enviaron a Ciudad Modelo, un lugar extremadamente retirado de Angelopolis, donde necesitaba estar, como se pagó de inmediato al reservar no nos quedó más que llegar a Ciudad Modelo arruinaron mi viaje la carretera para llegar aquí estámos regresar a la fiesta que teníamos ya que manejar en esa carretera por la noche lo consideramos peligroso. En términos generales y prácticos es muy buen hotel, bonito, algo elevados los precios. La comida del restaura es buena, aunque el desayuno incluido bufet es muy simple sin mucha variedad. En cuanto a la limpieza creo que es una buena área de oportunidad a mejorar y el personal es muy amable.
