You are at your own. We call for help, we recived text massage only and no one never show up to help us to fix the problem we call for. "There is no place like the Santa Maria. The history is very impactful and the ground are gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hike up to the basaltico in the evening was stunning. We started mid-werk in February and things were pretty quiet. The food in the restaurant was pretty good, but not great. The guac was the highlight. "Es el peor lugar para quedarse, no es hotel, ni cabañas como dice la página. Es un engaño ya que son remolques, solo tienen una cabaña que está llena de goteras. La parte de los remolques para dormir no puedes estar parado, porque tiene una altura de 1mt. El agua de la regadera no la puedes regular, se va a los extremos, y no te puedes bañar. Se les comentó pero dicen que no lo cambiarán, ya que tienen que cambiar toda la instalación y no harán el gasto ( comentarios del personal que nos...

"El lugar bastante limpio es un lugar que parece nuevo entonces todas las cosas están en muy buen estado la cama bastante cómoda, el baño amplio, el único detalle que le pondría es que pues la regadera no salía muy bien el agua porque estaba llena de sarro, sin embargo, la temperatura de el agua, pues bastante rica, es un muy buen lugar"
