The mobile homes were a great alternative when Via Francigena hostels were full. Friendly people, swimming pool was wonderful , and an easy walk back and forth to San Gimignano.

Great spot

Nice quiet spot in the woods but very close to San Gimignano. Very clean. Comfortable beds. They don’t provide towels or soaps, but that is clear up front. You can rent towels if you want and they sell soap/ shampoo in the office.

Extra beautiful location outside of San Gimignano

Fantastic location 2.5 kilometres from San Gimignano old centre. Probably one of the most beautiful locations in Toscana. The houses are very small and plasticky, and the restaurant is not very good. We did not realise this before going, but the swimming pool is not a part of the camping place but a public pool outside the camping. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay very much. It’s a perfect starting point for trips to all of Toscana, and there’s a really nice restaurant, Fuori Porta (Via Roma 6|8) at a walking distance of 2 kilometres towards San GIMIGNANO. Note that the place is not suited for people with walking difficulties.

Missleading pictures, poor wifi, poor cleaning

This camping is in a good beautiful location but pictures doesn’t really show that your bungalow is down the hill and with no views and the pool (as the picture) is not the camping pool, it is more a public pool and in another area. The bungalow was very small so we couldn’t take any bags in, kitchen a bit old, it was ants everywhere and poor cleaning, wifi was terrible down the hill, we slept good though, beds where ok, but I wouldn’t choose again.

Highly Recommended! Rented a super mobile home for 1 night as a stop over for an impromptu family road trip at the end of our stay in Italy. We were so pleasantly surprised! It was cost-effective, almost SPOTLESSLY clean, it was air-conditioned and had ample space for 5 adults. The rooms were fair in size (keep in mind it's still camping!), the bathroom and toilet (separate rooms) were clean and did not smell at all! the kitchen was stocked with cutlery, plates and cubs, a kettle and other useful things. Check-in/ check-out with Sara, Francesca and Gigliola was smooth and easy! Thank you!

L'auto va parcheggiata per stra Nell'annuncio non viene specificato che gli asciugamani non sono compresi. Fantastica la fermata dei mezzi pubblici, proprio all'ingresso del campeggio

Hôte très gentil qui a attendu au dela des heures d'ouvertures de la réception que nous arrivions. Logement correct mais basique (lits a faire, pas de serviettes de toilettes). La propreté laisse a désirer. La climatisation/chauffage est très bruyante. Parking facile. Proche du centre de San Gimignano.

Jeg boede i en hytte. Det regnede hele natten og det var svært at sove for den støj regnen gav på taget. Udover det så havde varmepumpen et rimelig høj støj niveau. Det havde samme støj niveau som når en vaskemaskine centrifugerer. Det er ikke godt med dårlig nattesøvn, når man skal køre lange distancer.

Die Frau an der Rezeption war nicht besonders freundlich. Der Weg in die Unterkunft war schlecht und auf der Treppe beim Eingang fehlte eine Lampe. Die Unterkunft war gut mit Möbeln ausgestattet.
