Everything at the hotel was great, staff service, tomm clean, they were very helpful with all my questions. Bed, pillows and sheets are great. Only comment i would make about this is the people around the location there is alots of homeless around but everyone is on their own world.. going back to hotel subject, I will stay there again

Elevator was broke and we had to use the stairs daily. Not fun with bad knee. The bar next door plays loud music all night and kept us up. The bed is very comfortable as are the comforters, the room was clean also. The parking is expensive and they also had other hidden fees as well on top of that. The parking staff was unfriendly and rude.

We really enjoyed our two day stay at Staypineapple. Customer service was excellent from the start, and they were attentive and catered to our needs throughout our stay. Shoutout to Yesha and Samantha for making us feel welcome and taken care of! They were great! Amenities exceeded our expectations, especially the welcome drink! Greatly appreciated after a day of traveling! Great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. We’ll definitely stay again on our next trip to SF!

Our overall stay was fantastic. It was my husband birthday and the front desk put a bottle of champagne in our room. The room was very clean. And the bed was so comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was very cute and cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. The only downside was that the bar was closed during my visit. However, overall it was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around the city. The staff was always kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I also really appreciated the amenities, especially the complimentary water bottles and the free coffee available at the reception. These thoughtful details made the experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was very nice and the staff was extremely helpful. We didn’t have any issues with the hotel itself. I was not prepared for the amount of homelessness near the hotel, because of this we mostly used uber/lyft to get to nearby places. There was a guy sleeping on the sidewalk by the front door.

Our stay was awesome. i'm no longer a dog owner but I like how pets are welcomed at the hotel. I wish they could come up with a way for dogs not have to relieve themselves stands/planters immediately in front of the entrance doors to the hotel. There is a stench of urine that is horrid and the run off goes directly into the path of the entrance way. I think there are 4 planters/stands in front of the doorway and one can see they all get used by dogs.
