It felt like a real stay in San Francisco, without all the hotel chains on top. The property conditions could be better but they were not bad, it was comfortable, would recommend.

The staff there was really kind and helpful. Our rooms were great to rest in. The bathrooms worked well, but walking in there can be a little unsafe, since the little bump underneath the door can cause you to trip if not careful. Another issue I ran into was trying open the bathroom door, since sometimes it would get jammed.

We were appreciative to have a place on a busy weekend. Wanted to extend stay, but next night was booked. Couldn't get card key to work at first then staff was not at desk. Staff changed so not much consistency. Liked the bed.
