Si bien el hotel es bastante agradable, tuve una desagradable experiencia con el tema del pago y la reserva por medido expedia.
La reserva por medio de expedia indicaba un monto por 7 personas en dos habitaciones (cada habitación tenia una cama king y una cama en un altillo), sin embargo, al pagar se nos cobró más. Al hablar con el hotel se nos explicó que el cobro es por "camas extras". Se les hizo presente que Expedia indicaba 7 personas un total xx, pero indicaron que es un tema que hay que resolver con expedia.
Se le explicó al hotel que la habitación destinada a tres personas se instalaron 4 camas, por lo que hay una que era innecesaria, pero igual se cobró dicha cama.
En razón de lo anterior, sugiero reservar directamente con el hotel, para no sorprenderse con cargos extras, y revisar cuantas camas les ponen en la habitación para que no les cobren camas que no ocupen.
Sugiero que aquel que se quede ene ste hotel contacte diractamente al hotel para reser var y nos e confie con als cifras de expedia, porque finalmente les pueden corbar "cargos extras" como camas que no necesitan.
