"O apartamento tem ótima localização, principalmente para quem vai pegar o trem para outras cidades ao redor como Modena, Imola etc. Também está próximo de dois mercados (COOP e Aldi) e restaurantes. Em termos de "comodidades", o colchão da cama poderia ser melhor e também a quantidade de saches de sabonete líquido. Nós tivemos que comprar sabonete para podermos tomar banho mais "tranquilamente"."

"In general: good location, walking distance to the central and the city centre. View over the orange/terracotta rooftops of Bologna from the windows. However, some cons to be mentioned: we struggled with reaching the responsible person for the check in which caused stress. When we arrived, the accommodation was not cleaned properly and the linens and towels were dirty. Both the laundry machine and the AC did not work properly. And in addition, the electricity went off. "

"I expected to have booked a hotel. Without an Italian SIM card it was impossible to communicate. The instructions to find the key lockbox were very strange. Without the help of a local resident it would have been impossible to gain access. We wasted hours of valuable vacation time. It was very stressful until we finally were able to enter. "

"Food was really good amd has lots of choices but for some reason, warm food menu was cold and undercooked on my last 2 days of stay. There is laundry, free water (water dispenser), really small fridge inside room, and has no air conditioning (heater only). Hotel is close to Bologna Centrale (train ststion). Staff were good and addressed any concerns or answered politely to any questions. We initially had troubles with shower pressure and was resolved within the day of complaint."
