"The front desk staff was great, others not so much. No room service, to-go was wait in line to order and wait some more for food prep. I declined that adventure. Room keys seemed to work somewhat sporadically-also confirmed by another guest who noticed my key not working either (as his had not) at one of the entrys. "

"This is absolutely the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I booked it on Expedia and the pictures looked gorgeous. I got to the hotel and although check in was easy, that was the only good thing about the entire stay. The rooms don’t look like the pictures at all, it’s clear they used professional pictures to compensate for how old the rooms are. My room which was a nonsmoking room stunk of cigarettes. Not only that but the corner above the curtains had water damage and black mold along with a spider family. The room was filthy, there was no blanket, and the fridge was open so I couldn’t even put my food in it because it wasn’t cold. I called and asked for another room and thankfully was able to get one. I had to walk to the complete opposite side of the hotel to get another gross room- fridge open, shower head absolutely gross, no blanket on the bed, no trash bags in the trash, hair in the sink, and hair and stains on all the towels, and although no cigarette smell, a musty smell. But the absolute worst part was this box on the top of the wall that emits a very powerful blue light. So bright that you turn the lights off and can still see everything in the room as if the lights were still on. I literally could not sleep. I felt so gross the entire time I was here- gave motel6 vibes. I was also relaxing in my room and someone shoved a menu through my door and scared the sh** out of me. Literally the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I’m constantly traveling."

"Clean & friendly! Hot tub was unusable for 2 days - low water, dirty- but there were tons of teenage kids in it days prior. Everything else was good!"

"The elevators were not working only one was working so people were struggling to fit and having to wait a while to go up and down which wasn’t too fun the tv also had very bad signal and would glitch a lot besides that the room was clean with a nice little view"

"They did not advertise the $24 a night for parking. As we booked through Expedia, we had one of the most undesirable rooms far rom the office. Will not stay there again."
