This hotel is beautiful !! We felt we were in like a telenovela in a beautiful hacienda with full of plants and art!! The staff are excellent in customer service and the food in the restaurant is the best in town! Definitely the best experience I had in our trip in San Cristobal De Las Casas!

The Hotel was very pretty, and relaxed. Just a suggestion; the receptionist needs to be at the desk all the time. We had a little issue, one our tours was so early at 4:00 am and the front door was locked. We did not find the receptionist and no one answer the phone. So we needed to talk with the driver about this and he was very nice and he came back for us. So I am giving 5 stars because we did not miss the trip.

Relative new hotel with very nice large moden rooms. The rooms to the street are noisy but the very dedicated reception gabe us an upgrade to the suite which is fantastic.

We stay 4 nights at Taller de juan and all I can say is that is the most welcoming place i’ve ever been, is super quiet and aesthetic, every corner at the hotel is a piece of art. The restauran at the hotel is a 10/10 super delicious.

An exceptional boutique hotel in San Cristobal. The design and decor are elegant and beautifully showcase the work of Juan Martinez Parente, a great Mexican artist – the hotel is in easy walking distance of everything in the city. The staff were unfailingly helpful, polite, and the service impeccable.
